1956 B&O RAILROAD SHENANGO CHINA GOLD BLACK CAPITOL BUTTER PAT RARE & PRISTINE

Description

This listing is for a butter pat manufactured by Shenango China for the B&O (Baltimore and Ohio) Railroad in their Capitol pattern, to be used in their dining cars. (I have two available, but they are being sold separately). Measures 3 1/2" in diameter. Pieces in this pattern come available fairly regularly, but the butter pats are rare. Date code of G-14 indicates a manufacturing date of last half of 1956.
No chips, cracks, or unusual wear. Gold trim and centered Capitol gold logo remain pristine. Absolutely lovely.
Will be wrapped with care and shipped with GOBS of packing material by Priority mail only. Please don't ask me to ship by First Class, as there is no insurance included for First Class packages and I will not self-insure.
