Picked up from an old barn workshop,
- this radio operated perfectly for years
while tuned into the local news station.
*note - the station indicator
has fallen / vanished from sight.
Yes, You can
change the station,
you just cant see
where you are on the dial.
Cabinet Condition
:
There are no cracks or chips.
The Bakelite pattern shows
a nice brown marbling,
and the view window
is nice and tight with no cracks or dings.
Other than the listed issues,
the radio shows some handling wear,
but is in overall great condition.
HISTORY:
Somewhere along the move,
the power cord rubbed the bakelite edge
as it exits the back of the radio,
and the wires became exposed.

I considered repairing it, however
...you can see how far that went. lol
I'll leave it in the hands of
someone experienced,
who may appreciate these old radios.
Give it a little TLC, and you'll end up
with a really nice vintage radio
on your hands.
Or, rob it for parts.
