Mack Trucks, Inc. built Mack Retailer forward-control multi-stop delivery trucks in 1941 and part of 1942.  These trucks were one of the company’s efforts to diversify into the lighter duty truck market prior to World War II. This economical one-page article with two photos describes these rare trucks in as much or more detail than you’d find in a rare and costly Mack Retailer brochure.  It covers a small but interesting facet of Mack Trucks history.
