    Description

You are bidding on a vintage souvenir trivet / wall plaque from the 1939/40 New York World's Fair. Foil covering with nicely detailed embossed images from The World of Tomorrow: Gas Exhibits, Aviation Building, Communication, Administration Building, Ford Exhibition Building, Railroad, and Music Hall surrounding the Theme Center (featuring the famous Trylon and Perisphere). There are a few small spots where the foil covering is missing: top left area, top center edge, right center edge, and lower right edge. Back side has a pebbled finish and the bottom edge has a few chipped/rough spots.
    Overall very nice condition.
