If you know anything about CAC then you know how nearly impossible it is to get them to approve high grade PROOF MERCURY DIMES! This blast white 1939 Mercury Dime is housed in a OLD GREEN PCGS HOLDER!! IF you know anything about the old green PCGS holders then you know PCGS was much tougher on grading coins when using these old holders.
