1939 1940 New York World’s Fair General Motors Futurama Exhibit Booklet.
Item is a 8.25” x 7”souvenir booklet from the Futurama Exhibit at the New York World’s Fair of 1939 1940.
20 page booklet was distributed by General Motors and was used to advertise an exhibit and ride which presented a possible model of the world 20 years in the future.
Format is black & white photo on each page with text above.
Book is Good to Good Plus but does show wear and has a few rips, tears, and edge chipping.
There are two tears on the front right edge of the cover that go through 2 pages inside.
There is a rip at the bottom left of the cover which goes through 2pages inside.
The booklet has been folded where it was most likely put in somebody’s back pocket 80 years ago.
Have tried to provide photos to illustrate the condition.
