This is a full page 1934 vintage NatGeo ad for Texaco Petroleum Products --We're going places -- And half the fun of the open road depends on a lively, smooth-running car -- an engine as eager to go places as you are -- Texaco Fire-Chief -- Bought by more tourists than any other gasoline!
Nice color concept art of a young boy wearing a fire helmet accompanied by his eager little dog racing towards the family automobile where Mater and Pater are loading up for a road trip. Also has a National Recovery Act (NRA) eagle logo in the lower right-hand corner of the ad.
The print ad is trimmed to fit in a protective 6.5" X 9.5" plastic archival sleeve and shipped with cardboard backing to prevent bending. Please see photos for condition of item,
