1930/40s PHILCO RADIO WITH PHONOGRAPH. Condition is "Used". This radio my mom had in the 40s and I know that she bought it used because she couldn’t afford to buy a new one. I would isten to it when I was a little girl. I’m 77 years old and I remember sitting in front of this radio and listening to scary stories because that’s what I liked when I was like 2,3,4 years old. It does open up for phonograph the phonograph was taken out because it didn’t work and my husband bought another one a few years ago and was going to redo it but his Hell did not allow him to. When it’s plugged in the light comes on and the Diles turn but it won’t move to a station. But it does make a sound it buzzes and has some static when it’s turned . I was told it was a Philco and for some reason I can’t find that on it and I was thinking that it was on it at one time but if I’m wrong please let me know
