1080P HD Video Capture Card Game Recorder for Xbox 360/One PS4/3 Wii U - USED
I used this only a few times for a project and I don't need it anymore. It is also an old model with more ports compared to the new ones sold now.
Very simple to use but you need a USB stick. Plug the USB in, turn it on, and hit the red button to start recording and a red light will turn on. It records in intervals of 15 minutes meaning each file will be a 15 minute video.
Max recording is 1080P at 30 frames per second.
